Would you like to exchange or return a product?

This can be done quickly and easily in three steps:

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt (this can be up to 30 days after purchase if the goods are broken) and we will ensure that the refund is credited to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the return in accordance with our policy (please note that different terms apply to discounted products).

Before you approach our customer service team clearly check for yourself what your reason for returning is, for example: Ordered a size too small

Once you have clarified your reason for returning the product, you can contact our customer service team at the e-mail address below. Please clearly state your reason for return in the E-mail!
